Insert Voice

This is the help file for Insert Voice under the Insert menu.

Procedure

Use this feature to insert a voice tag into the active document so the text can be read aloud.
Note: You may also type voice tags directly into the document, such as <Voice:David> or <Voice:Zira> for English, or <Voice:Kong> for Hmong/Mong.

1. Select a Hmong voice by clicking one of the options in the top section.
2. Select an English voice from the dropdown list.
3. Click inside the document to ensure it has focus.
4. Click the Insert button to place the voice tag at the cursor. Make sure there is a space before and after the inserted tag.
5. You may also double‑click a voice to insert it immediately.
6. If you need to insert additional voices, move the cursor to a new location and repeat from step 1.
