License Agreement
This license agreement governs the use, copying, and distribution of the Yuhalu Hmong Text-To-Speech software, its audio files, documentation, and all accompanying materials (“the Software”).
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission from the author.
2. Redistribution
You may redistribute the Software freely, provided that:
- No fee is charged for the Software itself.
- The Software is distributed in its original, unmodified form.
- This License Agreement and Disclaimer are included.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract internal components.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, authorship information, or credits.
4. Ownership
The Software remains the exclusive intellectual property of the author,
Kong Xiong, including all audio files, voice recordings, images, design elements, and code.
5. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind.

In no event shall the author or contributors be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
